How an export order runs
Five steps, the same whether the order is under our brands or yours.

Enquiry
Send the products, the pack formats, the quantity per SKU and the destination. The more specific, the faster the quotation.

Quotation
We quote EX Works Berat and, if you prefer, delivered to your address, with the pallet configuration and gross weights so you can check the load.

Labelling
We confirm the mandatory information your market requires and, for private label, supply the artwork template for your design.

Production and palletising
Your order is scheduled, filled and palletised to the configuration on the product specification.

Loading and documents
We load in Berat and prepare the export documentation for the shipment.

Labelling for your market
Our own labels already carry more than one language, and for private label you set the languages. Whichever route you take, we check the mandatory information for your destination before anything is printed: the legal product name, the ingredient list, the nutrition declaration, the net quantity, the batch code and the best-before date.

- Where do you export to?
- The Balkans, the European Union, the United States and North Africa. If your market is elsewhere, tell us the destination and we will confirm what is involved in supplying it.
- What delivery terms do you offer?
- EX Works Berat if you arrange your own transport, or delivered to your door if you would rather we handled it. We can quote both.
- What is the minimum order?
- Between 10,000 and 50,000 units per SKU, depending on the pack format. Tell us the format and we will confirm the minimum for it.
- How long does an order take?
- Generally two to three weeks, confirmed per order with the quotation.
- Can you label in my language?
- Yes. For private label you supply the design and set the languages; under our own brands we confirm what your market requires.
- Can you mix products on one pallet or in one container?
- Tell us the mix you want and we will confirm what is workable against the case and pallet configurations.
