Capacity and planning
Combined filling capacity is 30,000 litres per hour. Actual throughput per order depends on the format, the changeover and the season, which is why the usual lead time of 2–3 weeks is confirmed for each order.

How the plant grew
- 1992DEA shpk founded in Berat, starting with refreshing drinks in PET bottles
- 2007First Tetra Pak carton line, 1 L and 0.25 L
- 2009Aluminium can line added
- 2018New carton line for the 2 L format
- 2021Glass bottle filling line integrated into the plant
- 2023Small carton format changed from 250 ml to 200 ml
- 2024New PET bottle design introduced
- 2026Newest carton line, 1 L format
Manufacturing questions
- How many production lines do you have?
- Seven, across carton, PET, can and glass, including two PET lines: one for carbonated drinks and one for fruit juices and fruit drinks. They are all on the one site in Berat.
- What is your production capacity?
- 30,000 litres per hour across the seven lines combined.
- Do you subcontract any filling?
- No. Every format we sell is filled on our own lines.
- Which was the newest line installed?
- A 1 L carton line, in 2026. Before that, a new PET bottle design was introduced in 2024.
- Can you produce to my own recipe?
- Tell us the specification and we will say whether it runs on the existing lines before any development starts. Private-label production is a regular part of what we do.
