Private label fruit nectar
Nectar is the category we fill in the widest range of packs: carton, can, glass and PET, at fruit contents already proven on our own lines.

How it works
From brief to pallet
Six steps between your first enquiry and a loaded truck. Timings depend on the format and the season, so we confirm them per order.

Brief
Tell us the drink, the market it is going to, the pack format and the annual volume you expect. The more precise the volume, the more precise the quotation.
- 02
Recipe and samples
Start from a recipe already in production under one of our brands, or bring your own specification. Samples go out for your approval before anything is scheduled.
- 03
Pack and size
Choose from the formats we fill today: Tetra Pak carton, PET, aluminium can or glass, from 200 ml to 2.5 L.
- 04
Label and compliance
We supply the artwork template and print specification for the pack you chose. You place your design on it, and we confirm the mandatory information for your destination market, including the nutrition declaration and the legal product name.

Production
Your order is scheduled on the matching line, filled under our HACCP and ISO 22000:2018 food-safety system, and palletised to the configuration in the product spec.

Shipping
We load palletised orders in Berat and agree the delivery terms, documents and destination paperwork with you per shipment.

Before you ask for a quotation

Private label questions
- Do you produce under other companies' brands?
- Yes. Alongside our own five brands — Eden, Sant'a, Primo, Sport and Top — we fill fruit nectars, fruit drinks, carbonated soft drinks and energy drinks for customers who sell them under their own label.
- Can I use one of your existing recipes?
- Yes, and it is the quickest route. Any recipe already in production under our brands can be filled under your label in the same format, which removes the development step entirely.
- Can you develop a recipe to my own specification?
- Tell us the specification — fruit content, sweetness, colour, target cost — and we will say whether it can run on our existing lines before any development work starts.
- Which pack formats can you fill?
- Tetra Pak carton in 200 ml, 1 L and 2 L; PET bottles in 330 ml, 400 ml, 1 L, 1.5 L and 2.5 L; aluminium cans in 250 ml; and glass bottles in 250 ml. All four are filled in-house in Berat.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- Between 10,000 and 50,000 units per SKU, depending on the pack format — a carton line and a glass line have different changeover costs. Tell us the format and we will confirm the minimum for it.
- How long does an order take?
- Generally two to three weeks. The exact schedule depends on the format and the time of year, so we confirm it with the quotation.
- Who is responsible for the label artwork?
- We supply the template and the print specification for the pack you choose; you supply your brand and design. Before printing, we check that the information your destination market requires appears correctly.
- Can I get samples first?
- Yes. We produce samples to your requirements on request, and nothing goes into production until you have approved them.
- Do you hold food-safety certification?
- Production is managed under HACCP and ISO 22000:2018. Certificate numbers and expiry dates are published on our certifications page, and we send copies with any quotation.
- Where do you ship, and on what terms?
- We quote EX Works Berat if you arrange your own transport, or delivered to your door if you would rather we handled it. Tell us the destination and we will price both.
